Uniquely designed stitcher fasteners for almost every application.
All our stitcher fasteners come with a free spin zone below the head, which is designed to assist installers to ensure fasteners are not over-driven, reducing the risk of unwinding, or stripping the thread during installation. Whilst supporting the top sheet without engaging the thread, the washer can then create a waterproof and secure seal.
In carbon or stainless steel, our DF2 stitcher range complements our composite panel fastener range: fasteners for a variety of applications.
Where can I use these fixings?
Stitching roof sheets
6.3mm diameter fixings for stitching roof sheets up to 2mm thick – a larger diameter ensures higher pull-out performance.
Stitching wall sheets
6.3mm diameter or 4.8mm diameter fixings for stitching in wall applications
Rooflight stitcher fix
Specialist fasteners for stitching translucent rooflight materials such as GRP, or in fibre cement applications.
Repair stitcher fix
With a large 8.0mm diameter thread, these fasteners are suited for repair or replacement applications.
Dual purpose: light section or stitcher fix
In carbon steel only, dual purpose fasteners suitable for fixing steel sheeting & brackets to light steel – or as a sheet stitching fastener.
Drill Points
2 x 1mm steel – our DF2 range is suitable clamping 2 layers of material together as a secondary fastener.

Carbon Steel
Carbon steel is suitable for use in internal or external applications in non-corrosive, non-coastal environments.
All our carbon steel fasteners feature a corrosion-resistant organic coating which provides lubrication for ease of drilling while also preventing damage to the steel.
Stainless Steel A2/304
Our A2/304 Stainless Steel fasteners provide excellent corrosion resistance and are suitable for use in medium risk corrosivity environments, or on projects using Aluminium sheeting or components.
Stainless Steel A4/316
A4/316 Stainless Steel is a super-austenitic alloy containing high levels of molybdenum, nitrogen and nickel – ensuring it is highly resistant to corrosion, tarnishing and stress.
