InsuDek® insulation adhesive is a single-component polyurethane adhesive designed for bonding rigid insulation boards to various types of roof decks and vapour control layers.
The insulation adhesive has excellent performance characteristics and reacts with atmospheric moisture to produce a foaming reaction that cures to form a permanent, polymeric bond that can withstand both high and low temperatures.
InsuDek® insulation adhesive is the ideal solution for small to medium-sized projects, requiring no additional equipment for its application.
Installation guidelines
- Ensure the roof deck is dry and free from dust, grease and other contaminants
- Apply InsuDek directly to the substrate in beads 10 - 12mm wide, and at 250mm centres
- Place the insulation board directly onto the adhesive within 10-15 minutes
- Apply pressure to the insulation board and allow to cure
