Our returns service
If for any reason you wish to return products to us, the Return Authorisation Form below must be completed.
If you would like to return goods to our trade counter, please still ensure the form is completed.
Authorisation must be given before the goods are returned – only a Fixfast Customer Services Representative can authorise a return.
We don't have a standard exchange policy but we'd like to hear from you if you feel you need to exchange your order.
