Where can I use these fixings?
Soft or rigid insulation to masonry (metal)
Hammer-in anchors and plates to fix insulation back to concrete and masonry – fire resistant with spring steels for high loading.
Soft insulation to masonry (nylon)
One piece fastener for fixing soft insulation to masonry – with a large 90mm plate for supporting soft insulation.
Rigid insulation to masonry (nylon)
45mm plate to suit rigid insulation, with an effective anchorage depth of 20mm.
Rigid insulation to steel (nylon)
A combination of DrillFast stainless steel fasteners and SureFast polypropylene washers for perimeter fixing in vertical insulation applications.
Rigid insulation to steel (metal)
A combination of DrillFast stainless steel fasteners and SureFast stainless steel washers for centre fixing in vertical insulation applications.
Soft insulation to steel (metal)
DrillFast stainless steel fasteners for fixing insulation to steel substrates – used with our SureFast deep dish pressure plates for holding the insulation securely.
Soft insulation to steel (nylon)
DrillFast stainless steel fasteners & SureFast polypropylene washers for fixing soft insulation – large 75mm diameter heads to hold the insulation back.
Render over insulation anchors (nylon)
For use in EWI applications, these nylon insulation anchors can be used for fastening rigid insulation to concrete and masonry – a two-part hammer in anchor with stop to prevent premature expansion.
Fixing back to polystyrene boards and polyurethane foam
FID anchors manufactured from impact resistant nylon – with a spiral thread giving a positive fix into insulation board.

Carbon Steel
Carbon steel is suitable for use in internal or external applications in non-corrosive, non-coastal environments.
All our carbon steel fasteners feature a corrosion-resistant organic coating which provides lubrication for ease of drilling while also preventing damage to the steel.
Stainless Steel A2/304
Our A2/304 Stainless Steel fasteners provide excellent corrosion resistance and are suitable for use in medium risk corrosivity environments, or on projects using Aluminium sheeting or components.
Stainless Steel A4/316
A4/316 Stainless Steel is a super-austenitic alloy containing high levels of molybdenum, nitrogen and nickel – ensuring it is highly resistant to corrosion, tarnishing and stress.
