Help - Request technical calculations
You can request a range of technical calculations online. These include: windload calculations, façade calculations, tapered schemes, and site visits.
By completing the forms online, we can ensure that we receive all the information we need the first time around. This makes the service much faster and prevents us from having to contact you for additional information.
Some of these forms may seem long but we only ask for what is essential for the calculation to be accurate.
Steps to request a calculation
You may at some stage be asked to login to your account. If you do not have an account you can set one up.
In the menu bar at the top of the page, click 'Services'
Scroll down to the service you require and click 'Request Now'. For more information about the service click 'Learn More'
Enter all the information requested in the form. The accuracy of what you enter is important as this will affect the outcome of the calculation.
Click 'Request Calculation'
You will receive an email to confirm the calculation has been submitted
Please allow 2 working days for your calculation.
