At Fixfast we’ve been listening to our customers and trying to find ways we can make things easier for them.
To help with managing multiple projects, we’ve added a project management tool to our online Account area. Procurement and project managers can now have complete visibility of all aspects of their orders, on a project-by-project basis.
Setting up new projects is simple, with just a name, address and contact details needed. Staying organised across multiple projects is easy because any new order that matches an existing project’s delivery postcode automatically gets added to that project.
Once logged in, the new tool gives customers an at-a-glance view of all orders, deliveries, invoices, products purchased, and an easy download of all relevant datasheets.
