Our returns service

If for any reason you wish to return products to us, the Return Authorisation Form below must be completed.

If you would like to return goods to our trade counter, please still ensure the form is completed.

Authorisation must be given before the goods are returned – only a Fixfast Customer Services Representative can authorise a return.

Returns policy

  1. The goods must have been purchased and invoiced directly through Fixfast.

  2. Goods cannot be returned in any circumstances more than 90 days after delivery.

  3. The Order/Invoice number must be provided for all returns requests.

  4. Returns must be in good resalable condition, including packaging.

  5. We cannot accept returns for made to order items such as lacquered products, non-stocked MatchFast parts, or special orders where products have been sourced specifically for you. Please contact customer service to verify where this applies.

  6. For standard returns a restocking fee of 30% or £30 whichever the greater will be applied to cover costs.

  7. Failed collections will be charged at £30 per failure. To reduce the occurrence of failed deliveries we recommend the goods being collected from an office location. If this isn’t possible the DPD app should be used which will give alerts for when the driver is close. This can be downloaded here.

In the unlikely event that you need to return a product to us due to an error on our part in displaying the correct specification, measurements or other details of the product, we will waive the handling and restocking charge specified above. You should still contact our customer service department in the usual way in order to arrange for the product to be returned to us.
