Cards

We accept most credit or debit cards (excluding American Express). To make a card payment you can either place your orders online or call our customer services team on +44 (0) 1732 882 387.

BACS

Cash

We no longer accept cash for items being collected at our collection point facilities.

Cheque

Made payable to 'FIXFAST LTD'

(Not accepted for Counter or Online orders).

How to open a credit account

Once your account is open, you can apply for a credit account.  The amount of credit available depends on your company’s eligibility and credit status.

By opening a credit account, you will be able to pay within 30 days. You’ll be able to see through the online account the credit limit and amount of credit available. Just click the ‘Company Credit’ tab to the left of the screen.

Phone Customer Services or speak to your Fixfast Account Manager to ask for a credit account application form. Processing usually takes 2 working days.

For all payments to credit accounts please provide either account, order or invoice number as a reference.

Is it safe to use a credit/debit card on Fixfast’s website?
