No Minimum Order Value
There is no minimum order value, but any orders below £300 are subject to a £20.00 delivery charge.

If your company has credit terms your individual terms pricing is available online.
Simply register for an online account and we’ll connect it to your credit account within two working hours. (For urgent requests please call Customer Services) Register for an account.
All prices on this site are shown excluding VAT. The VAT will be shown once the items are added to your basket, and in the order confirmation screen before you place your order.

View Order History
Once you have set up a Fixfast Login, you can view all your previous order history. You can find it in two places in ‘My Account’.
Online Order History shows just your online orders. Your Order History shows all your orders, whether you made them online via the website, via email, or over the phone.
You will be able to see your order numbers, the delivery address, and the status of your order.

Amend or cancel an order
Sometimes changes need to happen. We understand if you need to cancel or amend your order.
We ask that you read our amendment and cancellation policy below.
We may not be able to cancel or amend every order. If we have dispatched your order, then we won't be able to change it.

For made-to-order items
We can't accept cancellation or amend your order if we have started production. This also applies to returns on these items.
Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can make changes.
For ordered-in items
Sometimes it may be necessary for us to ‘order in’ items for your project.
Because these items are not usually stocked and we have ordered them in for you, please check with us first. We can't accept cancellations or returns once we have picked your order.
Lead times
Goods made to order or not stocked items may also require a longer lead time, so please check at the time of ordering if you are unsure.
MatchFast made to order lead time is 5-7 days
We keep a large range of standard colours and sizes of MatchFast® fasteners in stock available for next day delivery.
Any MatchFast® products being made to order will take 5 - 7 working days.
We'll confirm the delivery date when we send you the order acknowledgement or you can always give us a call on 0800 304 7616 if you want to check before you order.
DrillFast Lacquered takes 2-3 working days
DrillFast® lacquered products are always made to order and have a lead time of 2-3 working days.
Stock levels
In general, we hold good stocks of all our products, and our manufacturing capability means that we can keep up with demand for most of our core products.
At present, there are challenges in the global supply chain for obtaining many goods including raw materials. During these times there are occasions that we may be out of stock on some items. We can assure you that we are doing all we can to expedite orders where we can and improve our stock position.
