All prices on this site are shown excluding VAT. VAT will be shown once the items are added to your basket, and in the order confirmation screen before you place your order. Please note you have to be logged in to view pricing.

Please note, online orders can only be paid on account or by card.
Whenever possible, orders will be despatched for next day by midday delivery (unless you specify otherwise). This nationwide service excludes Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and the Island regions. For deliveries to these areas or for export, please call our customer service department.
For logistical reasons, all orders placed after 4.00pm will be despatched on the following day. Certain items may also require a longer lead time, please check at time of ordering if you are unsure.
When placing orders for all Q-Dek product, please make sure that you place our order 10am if you require next day delivery.
Timed services are available, or same-day by special arrangement. Please see the below list of our standard delivery options:

We expect our products and service to meet your expectations and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure this. However, if for any reason you have to return products to us, the customer service department must be consulted before the goods are returned. A Return Authorisation Form will be sent to you which must be completed to facilitate the process.
However, non-stock MatchFast and Lacquered items are non-returnable. A handling/admin restocking charge of 30% will be applicable to returned orders with a minimum charge of £30 to cover costs.
In the unlikely event that you need to return a product to us due to an error on our part in displaying the correct specification, measurements or other details of the product on our site, we will waive the handling and restocking charge specified above. You should still contact our customer service department in the usual way in order to arrange for the product to be returned to us.
