We offer timed delivery services or same-day by special arrangement.
The Small Print
Delivery Times
Usual delivery times are 8 am-12 pm, but other services are available for early deliveries.
Weekend Deliveries
We can organise deliveries on Saturdays at your request.
But as we are not in the office, we aren't able to help if the driver has any problems.
Early morning deliveries
The earliest our courier may deliver your goods is 7 am.
The earliest guaranteed delivery slot is by 10:30 am.
If you do need an earlier delivery, please call us on +44 (0) 1732 882 387 and we'll try and arrange a dedicated delivery for you.
Special Charges
Our range of Façade support system rails are subject to special carriage charges, due to the size of the items. As the cost of these varies due to location, the charge is confirmed on receipt of order confirmation.
Christmas and Bank Holidays
Christmas and Bank Holidays can affect delivery. Check your emails to see how our service is affected. Sign up for our email newsletters to stay up to date about the last dates to order before the holidays for guaranteed delivery.
Timed delivery slots
We offer timed delivery slots within the M25 with our same day courier option. If you are outside of the M25, contact us for more information.
Where we deliver
We deliver all over the UK. For delivery to Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Island regions, please call our Customer Service department, as service may vary.
International Delivery
We can offer international delivery through our international courier, DHL. Delivery time varies depending on your country. As a rough guide, this can be one to seven days.
